Amal İnsani Yardım Derneği (AİYD) is a humanitarian organization working to support vulnerable individuals, children and families through protection, education, psychosocial support, livelihoods and community-based activities.
We reach out to vulnerable individuals and families to provide humanitarian support and empower them to rebuild their lives with dignity.
Our approach
We offer psychosocial support sessions for children, women and families affected by crises to improve their wellbeing and resilience. Through our community centres, we organize language, art and awareness programmes that promote inclusion and personal growth. We encourage solidarity and social cohesion through sports, culture and volunteerism — creating stronger, more united communities.
Part of the Amal Network
AİYD is the Türkiye-based member of the Amal Network, a transnational network of community organizations working across Italy, Türkiye and Syria. Within the network, AİYD contributes humanitarian response, community programming and regional cooperation.
