How We Work
Locally rooted, community-based and shaped by continuous dialogue.
Like the rest of the Amal Network, AİYD works through locally rooted, community-based approaches shaped by dignity, participation, local leadership, belonging and learning. We promote spaces where communities are actively involved in identifying priorities, building relationships, sharing knowledge and contributing to collective solutions.
Shaped with communities
Rather than applying standardized models, programmes are developed through continuous dialogue with local actors, educators, youth groups, women’s initiatives and community structures. Activities are adapted to the social, cultural and linguistic realities of each context.
Connected across borders
Our work stays connected to the wider network through shared methodologies, safeguarding principles and transnational collaboration, combining educational, psychosocial and community-based approaches to strengthen participation, social cohesion and resilience.
Built on long-term partnerships
Through long-term partnerships and local presence, we aim to support sustainable processes that reinforce trust, inclusion and community ownership over time.
